   If this pattern really takes 25 yards, it’s the most inefficient pattern I’d’ve ever seen. There might be 10 yards in this skirt. The photo looks much fuller that the skirt actually is. Shoddy seaming between tiers, but waistband seems better done. I wear a US size 16 and this fit fine, but I’m probably towards the upper end of who this would fit – might top out at 18. Also, I’m 6ft tall, and another tier on the bottom would have made this ankle length. For a costume item I will only wear occasionally, I’ll keep it. If you are looking for a good-quality, 25 yard, full, flowing skirt, this is not it.
