I hope the seller see this and gets back to me one of the skirts has a large area covered in a substance similar to dried gum. Now on to the good stuff! Wow! These skirts are gorgeous & fun. They fit both my 4’11 size 18 frame & my daughter’s 5’8 size twelve frame beautifully. The instructions give so many options. Best value you’ll find. Even if seller doesn’t replace, I’m still happy. Love them!
