Skirts have gathered 4 tiers of fabric. A waist has both elastic and draws string for maximum adjustability (double security!). These are well made skirts and lots of fun for dancing. These skirts are 37” inches long, with a waist of 30 to 46 inches. The flowy texture makes the skirt flare beautifully while dancing. The polka dot print on the skirt is so artistically designed that it resembles a nursery of flowers. Can be worn with a crop top paired with heels or sandals, and a clutch.
